By purchasing or booking a session or digital product, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

General Terms (Applies to All Readings, Bookings, and Purchases)

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

You understand that all readings are for entertainment purposes, self-reflection, and personal insight only.

Any guidance provided should not be taken as absolute truth or a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters. You are responsible for your own choices and actions following a reading.

I reserve the right to cancel and refuse service at my discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of unethical behaviour, harassment, inappropriate conduct, or an attempt to misuse my services. If I cancel a session, a full refund will be provided.

All readings, content, text, audio, and video files provided remain my intellectual property and are for your personal use only. Content may not be shared, distributed, or replicated without my explicit permission.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

One-on-One Live Readings

There is a 24-hour grace period after booking where you may request a full refund by contacting me via email or social media.
After 24 hours or within 7 business days of your scheduled session (whichever comes first), refunds will not be granted as I will have already begun preparing your reading.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so at any time before your session by selecting "Reschedule" or replying to your confirmation email. If no available time works for you, email me and I'll find a spot that fits.
If you are a no-show for more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, your session will be considered forfeited and will require rescheduling.
After two no-shows, I reserve the right to cancel your session with no refund unless we've previously discussed extenuating circumstances.
If I experience a personal emergency or unforeseen circumstances, I will reach out as soon as possible to reschedule.
